  1. I’ve noticed that the new Facebook feed is full of dopey pictures and inspiring words—cats & babies and witty posters. I wondered how viral these things are so I started an experiment. Some forgotten marketing slickster declared September 29th National Coffee Day (please) so I snatched a picture of coffee, wrote a silly Quaker caption and posted it to my personal Facebook wall. And yes, it does appear to be traveling around the net and being re-shared much more than the serious stuff I’ve linked to in the last week.
